Psalm 27
My beloved Greenwood,
Psalm 27 reminds us of the strength and comfort found in the Lord. In times of fear, we can take heart knowing that God is our light and salvation, dispelling the shadows that threaten to overwhelm us. Just as David proclaimed, “Whom shall I fear?” we are encouraged to stand firm, trusting in His protective embrace.
In our struggles, whether they come from within or around us, let us seek the face of God, for His presence brings peace. The promise that we will dwell in His house forever is a reminder of our eternal home and the love that surrounds us.
When trouble arises, we can be confident that God will hide us in His shelter. In the midst of adversity, let us lift our heads, knowing that our victory is assured through Him.
As we come together in worship, let our hearts echo David's declaration of faith. Let us remember that with the Lord as our stronghold, no challenge is too great. May we walk boldly into each new day, anchored in the hope that He provides. Amen.
Blessings,
Pastor Pemberton
Amen Pastor!
